Want release how can I ask my manager for release???

So basically, I work in Support Project with weekly shifts. And technology is dead technology there is no benifit of working in project we don't even get allowance. I recently asked my mannager if i can get moved to any data(sql, python) related project within same acc. He said there is requirement but project wants emp with more than 3yoe and so many resumes we received but no one got selected after interview. Actually they promised me while onboarding that they will move me in sql tech after 6 months of monitoring. Even they took my interview on sql. So i genuinely thought that I'll get chance to work on sql. But now they are not moving me. Plus because of shifts my cycle is affected badly. It's not all because of shifts, I'm having stress as well because of my marriage topic going in my family and I have bf with whom I wants to get married and I badly wanted to switch before I tell about my bf to my family. Because of shifts and normal working hrs 9:30 to 7 I get so tired that I hardly study more than a hr. If i continue like that it won't be possible for me to switch before diwali. Plus team is not supportive at all. I mean there is no guarantee that in next company or next project I'll get cooperative teammates but here I'm the only one who gets targeted. They won't help me they blame me. For others boys those senior girls will talk nicely they stuck in calls unnecessarily. If i ask those girls for work related call (as I'm fresher and this is my 1st working project) they say aren't you aware of process, you have to do this. Bla blaaa blaaa. I'm really tired of it now. In may I'll be completing 2yrs. If i get release Hopefully I'll get allocated on good project with on going tech. So please suggest how can I it infront of my manager that he will release me Please suggest.

Your mental health isn't worth a slightly higher base pay in slice

A few people who are in advanced stages of the process and/or have offers from slice have been asking me whether it's a good idea to join. My answer has always been consistent and I'm posting this so that people have more clarity. Good folks are leaving in droves which is why they are trying to fill in some roles fast. The company doesn't have a proper CTO, with engineering being managed by two people, one the head of analytics and data science being the 'people mananger' who is highly under-qualified for the job, and the second a toxic and borderline abusive character who is the 'chief architect'. On top of that, there are some AHs from Bizops who'll do everything to blame you if things go wrong and steal credit if things are good, making your day worse rest of the time. The critical Glassdoor reviews are totally true, and present points in an elaborate manner, while the few positive ones are clearly planted with 1-2 lines written for each. Plus the company is suppressing many reviews with the help of community guidelines. Your package might have a generous ESOP component, but it is bloated and the company is looking to raise the next round at a highly diminished valuation. There are more things in life than a few lakhs of extra base pay, for your long term well being. I'm speaking about it openly since I left the org for a better opportunity recently and I don't want people to suffer more.
