Must haves
- 5+ years experience as Support Engineer in networking or web security
- Practical knowledge of networking and security products
- Experience troubleshooting network issues with tools like Ping, Traceroute, MTR
- Hands-on experience with SD-WAN, Routing, Firewall, Switching, VPN
- Working knowledge of Ubuntu and Python
Tools and skills
Nice to have: zscaler products, zia, zpa, zdx, tls/ssl inspection, authentication flows, scripting for automation.
