Hows Tech Mahindra with regards to SAP Projects
Hi all, one of my friends recently got offer from Tech M and its a fat package(atleast for us) of 30+ LPA. But one of our other friends(SAP Non-technical) once was asked to resign because his package was also similar and once the Project was finished he was indirectly asked to put papers, this happened some 2 years before. Can folks from Tech M enlighten is Tech M really that risky ?
Big Tech poaching me with high salary
I work at a startup which has 100M revenue with small engineering team based in US Canada and some in India. I am earning good here given my YoE. Then comes this big tech working on monoliths and old design patterns with such high salary that I can't imagine at my age and YoE. I think that's how Google/Amazon poached all hard working and hungry engineers and made them a dumb Devs. I think that's how they killed creativity. Nevertheless, OpenAI did come out but that is just 1 company. There should have been more. YoE- 2 TC - 29L New offer- 44L+ other benefits
