Must haves
- 2-4 years of IT support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Azure AD
- Active Directory and Group Policy administration
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals including VLANs and firewalls
- Windows and macOS endpoint administration experience
- Ability to manage ITSM ticketing and documentation
Tools and skills
Nice to have: ms-900, az-900, md-102, ms-102, comptia network+, comptia security+, ccna.
