Bhai, Productivity ka matlab anytime login working till late night nhi hota...i personally saw ppl having bad mental health due to WFH...if you're a workaholic nothing can be done

For me Remote has been a game changer in my life. Been working remotely for 4.5 years . I have bumped my package 6x and navigated through 2 layoffs. Took care of my parents when they were at a very vulnerable state health wise. I did my sister's marriage and I got married after a year. Bought a house without EMI and am planning to buy a car soon....
I love how much time I get to myself after my day job.

I never want to go back to work from office setup.

I know remote is not for everyone but for me its the best!!
