I had my fair share of too bad days before even joining. Such that i feel grateful now for whatever it is

I'll do that eventually, looking for opportunities elsewhere already. However while that's taking time I don't know how to deal here. Also sometimes I work till 3 in the morning and hardly I get time to work on myself for better roles. That's even more frustrating than I can explain but yeah that's how it is!

Intern > Initial month > Lots of work pressure > Unrealistic deadlines > Weird seniors > Habit to always deliver the best > Fellow interns from same uni enjoy snitching > Well now I'm complaining so maybe I'm the problem > Now I feel I'm pick me.
But trust me on this I've always been the best did the best even if I am not good at it I've given my best. This shouldn’t break me but it is killing me. I'm literally writing this while crying on my office desk.
Hmm this has become quite common these days. If your internship period is short just butter up seniors. Manage your time check if something is taking lot of time n how u can improve it. See from seniors point of view which task is of priority n deliver that first. Learn the art of Givin status. Many ppl don't do any work but get away just cuz how they present themselves
Buttering up? Ah leave, time check and prioritization? Done. Getting away? Omg that senior will send a bug ass mail to my PM! Anyway I had to vent. Thanks for the advice🫂

Its enough to know yourself you are capable..no need to prove again n again as haters will never accept n try to put u down more morally..n usually such losers work in groups..just do the basic needful so you get time to prep to change..this will be temporary phase..these ppl are not part of your life journey..
Well, don’t compare yourself with idle. You will learn a lot in your initial days! And I feel you have a good attitude towards work which will help you succeed later on!
