Would you rather work daily with someone who is

If I am average, then I would work with rude but talented that would motivate me to work harder to become talented like him. If I am good then I would work with average and pass my knowledge.

Damn, i once had a roommate who had this superior complexity in him and was like- 'Kam ke waqt Lena Dena, uske baad bhaad me jaana'. I didn't like that, not the other roommate in my room. Kind & average>>RUDE & anything

Rude would be difficult to bear for long

I think it depends, if you want to learn fast and leave, go with a rude one....but if you want to work there for years it is better to choose kind but average.
