Gives a 5% hike, doesn't give annual bonus because the company hasn't performed well which was included in the salary breakup. Ask to be silent if anything conflict happened with the client. Doesn't let you work directly with the client because you keep demanding more for the transfer. Higher ups are all Indian so it's no better than TCS culture.
