Hi, I want to know work culture at Publicis Sapients. Culture is very important for me.
Learn to say no to late night n weekends and you will be fine. Pms there use scare tactics to make you stretch, don't fall for it, they can't get shit done without key guys so become one by upping your skills and you are good. I never worked on weekends.
Depends on your project. I know folks who have to work on weekends whereas in my team we only have to work 4 days a week.
Publicis is one of the worst organisations to work in, I worked there almost 6 years. Management feels likes they are kings and employee is like slave. Work for years and years no growth in waelth
