Can anyone explain me why we pay very less in vatiable pay it is part of salary, when they give hike will give very very minimal hike and when you breakdown even that minimal hike most part will go into variable pay and we get nothing even closer what they show in salary breakdown

It’s 61% this time, there is one link in email which will show clearly that final payout is 61% , we are going to lose 39% this time which is more than last payout

Regarding this variable pay ,already every body got a email. This time we will receive more than 80% Let's see 👀

Depends on calculation of wipro.If losses then % will be very less may be less then 50% or around 60%
