Will Google hire back the laid off employees? If yes, after how long?

Will Google hire back the employees who laid off recently atleast when situation improves.

Definitely not.... If company keeps moving at the same pace without the extra fat, why load back up ?

Its not like any company takes back their employees without all due process again. Unless you’ve very high level connections

In my previous organisation, I had heard that one can come back within 3 months of resigning, at the same compensation as earlier, without any due process. And it made sense, I mean if your manager prefers it that way, he thinks you are useful, why not. And it is saving cost too for them.
