Definitely not.... If company keeps moving at the same pace without the extra fat, why load back up ?
Its not like any company takes back their employees without all due process again. Unless you’ve very high level connections
In my previous organisation, I had heard that one can come back within 3 months of resigning, at the same compensation as earlier, without any due process. And it made sense, I mean if your manager prefers it that way, he thinks you are useful, why not. And it is saving cost too for them.
