Because they house all of us bakras and cattle in there when we join them as employees...j/k 😜🤣

It's captive centre because of SEZ requirements as assets (laptop, chairs, tables etc..) are treated differently and cannot be taken out

I too want to know. Why do they call these Banking firms as “Captive”. Why not use the same for HealthCare firms too, or for HCM domain companies. But no, only Banking firms tech centers are termed “Captive”, never heard Oracle being called Captive, or companies like SAP or JDA being called captive.
