Why Should I choose ADP over TCS? 35 vs 30

Tech stack : Data Engineer and Data Science YOE : 6 years

ADP : 26.8L fixed + 3.2L variable ...

I am an Senior RPA developer and getting offers from T systems of 36 LPA in Pune and one from ANZ Bank of 40 LPA in Bangalore. Which one should I prefer?

Currently in TCS with 12.5 lpa. Got an offer from cognizant with 50% hike. Which is a better option. Should I go for CTS. Just thinking about job security and work pressure. Pls share your thoughts.
