Why are some companies like this ?
Why do some perfectly working, revenue generating companies who have been following hybrid policy for a long time now, suddenly decide to revoke all hybrid/ WFH and bring major change in leave policies ?
What does this indicate about the company ? Is it a red flag ?

Even I am curious what triggers this shift. Is it something the founders of these companies decide over some forum 🤷♂️

Idc if they decide this in some underground bunker as well. But they announce it, like they don't care.
Hybrid policies have helped me save money by not having to spend on the commute. Heck, it even saved hours of time that I have to spend on commuting. I could put these hours into getting more things done.
But when I asked why are you enforcing something that's going to hamper my productivity, increase my expenses from the peanuts salary that I get, they said its going to improve collaboration and make the company a much better place.
In my mind, I was like "what in the fcuk ? How high is this dummy ?"
