Why are Genz confused

I have spoken & met with plenty of women via dating apps. Want to understand why are women b/w 21-25 so confused about dating and why are they constantly complaining about everything? Many a times they say they’re sure & want to get into something serious but after few days they want to end things because they’re feeling unsure. Why waste other persons time when you are not sure about anything? They always want sympathy and they always think about themselves. For Genz it always ME ME ME.
