Ritesh! He's a good leader but the issue of OYO not honouring bookings is persisting since last 7-8 years and hasn't shedded it's cheap and unreliable image.
It bloated teams with PMs who did more project management and used to go to war every week for some morsel of engg bandwidth.
The close coterie of Abhinav Sinha, and others are failing unfortunately to lift the business- they had to delay IPO some million times.
Also pay is quite bad :(
