Which one to join wipro with 24lpa, Deloitte USI with 24lpa, Saviyent with 30lpa, which has better wlb and flexibility

I have 3 offers in hand Could you please suggest on which one to join I'm looking for better wlb, flexibility, and may be WFH if any of they permits.

Wipro 24lpa, doj 18th aug
Deloitte USI 24lpa, doj sept 8th
Saviyent 30lpa, doj next week

Fixed 22 I have tried negotiating but they are not increasing instead they are ready to decline
