Accenture 27% variable mein se 10 15 percent bhi nhi deta mostly exception are there, btw what's your yoe?

8 yoe

Are the offerings good as per my experience?

Pwc and ey are known to have shit wlb. Between Accenture and TCS it seems like Accenture is a better company for growth, TCS would keep you at the same role for years, Accenture would give promotion

Accenture is as shitty as ey n pwc n Accenture is also not giving any promotions from last few yrs, very rarely people are getting promoted very rare case

I have just left accenture and let me tell you accenture is really shitity, no hike no prmotions for last 3 years vairables is defaulted to 7.35% even if you are a high performer. No way I will recommend accenture. TCS has 5 days of work from office.
Work life balance was equally shitty in accenture. I worked almost 12-14 hours daily as they just don't get enough people in team. I was doing almost 2 senior Dev's work in last 3.5 years across 2 different projects

Everyone will say don't join x company. Tbh all of them are shit. So it should be your choice. Ask more about the role and choose the one which you think will benefit you

Yes , I also think of this, but wanted some opinions for you guys

Pwc or EY. You cannot rely on accenture variable. PWC CTC might come out more due to there higher variable.

But in PwC Ac , shift is from 2 to 11

Still better than accenture and tcs. TCS has 5 days office and accenture is one of the worst out there.
You can go for EY.
People here are saying pwc and ey has bad wlb. In accenture as well it is same and you will work for years without promotion or hike.

Don’t join accenture.. that variable pay is a scam you would get nothing.. Ey is better

Thanks , i checked with some accenture employees and they said 10-15 % variable that is also getting paid in 6 months

Yes but again for new joiner we can expect for the 1st year. I am working in accenture joined 9 months ago. Now resigned and moving to other company. I don’t get any variable.

Use one of the offers and ask 30-40% on that and tell you can immediately if possible

Yes , will try this . But currently I don't know every company giving a budget issue and not moving beyond budget

I understand but if you have less notice period there is high chance of giving you the hike on the offer, you can demand without any hesitation
Avoid PwC AC, job is not secure at all. Many employees silently laid off.

Ohhh

What is AC here ?

FYI EY GDS has the worst work culture... So be careful while considering its offer.

Which one would you suggest

Accenture - Not in a good situation but only 1 day you have to visit office. If you get good project here then life is sorted but don't expect good promotions or hikes in coming 2-3 years
TCS - Worst part being 5 days is mandatory and they have bought some weird changes in their bench policy. And same not much hike or promotions.
PwC AC - You may get full wfh, it depends on project. But most projects here are kinda support projects as you have to work with onshore people in PwC who sometimes are very rude and disrespectful. Go for it if you want a Big 4 tag which adds value to the CV.
EY GDS - Worst work culture and the people or colleagues are very rude and shameless here.(Depends on project but still people are weird here). They dont care about anything except your work delivery. EY GDS is also like PwC AC where you will work / support mostly the US onshore people. Go for it if you want a Big 4 tag and planning to switch again in next 2/3/4 years.

Is Accenture conducting face to face interviews? I got a call from recruiter to select the slot and place. Also how long would it take for the entire process since my notice period is 60 days and no one was willing to schedule an interview I got an offer from some third party payroll and I resigned, currently serving notice but also I don’t want to join that third party payroll firm. Can anyone please suggest if I have done the right thing yoe-6 years tech stack- react

As you are serving, try to get multiple offers and then choose the best ( money) as every company has pros n cons , choose which have less cons

Thanks buddy, but my question was more concerned towards my decision and was in panic mode. Also how’s the job market now can we get good offers for frontend role
