Which one to choose?
Hi Folks,
I am 28yrs and married (no kids) living in banglore, looking for a job change.
Currently holding 2 offers, one from Service based and the other is product based. I am well aware that there is a good growth in service based org(More pay as well) on the other side good work life balance and benefits in the product based. At this point of time in carrer, which one to choose?
Isn't it the other way? I chilled a lot in service companies (witch)
We have to give interviews for every new project. Which is not in product based.
Not necessarily true. Only in some companies and projects
It will be easier for you to get interviews and switch if you are in a product based company as compared to a service based company. Do factor this in your decision.
If you can tell the names of the companies that would be a better info to answer.
