Which offer should i accept? (2025 pass out)

I’m a fresher, 2025 batch passing. I’ve 4 offer letters and I’m confused, please give your suggestions and guidance what i should do or consider.

Mu Sigma - 30 Lakh [divided in 4 years, i.e. 1st year - 5.5 LPA, 2nd - 6.5 LPA 3rd - 8 LPA 4th - 10 LPA, with 4 year bond]

Tech Mahindra - 3.25 LPA or 5.5 LPA (if i qualify next coding round and interview else 3.25LPA, with maybe 2 year bond)

TCS - 3.8 LPA

Navikenz - 6 LPA [Startup, 2 year bond]

Bonds are the worse thing. I would recommend to switch after 1-2 yoe for fresher to explore more & hike too.

As a fresher you will feel underpaid after 1-2 years if you stay in same org. And work pressure will be more as you can't leave them.

Any one except tech Mahindra

Go for startup. They won’t be harsh on you if you break bond

Accept mu Sigma only if you want to be a bonded labourer for 4 years

Hi, So, during my college placements two of my friends have musigma and TCS offer letter. They joined Musigma because of this lucrative offer but when the joined there and after 15-20 days sh

They got to know that there is hell lot of work, very hectic work schedule with no work life balance.
No support from their seniors. Then they absconded Musigma and luckily the TCS offer letter was valid so one joined there the other one joined LnT So this was back in 2016. I am not aware about the culture now

Honestly I would suggest , if you want to learn in your initial days go with startup. The culture is really good in startups. Also save TCS for your future when you want to settle down in your life. Keep Tech mahindra for your mid level days because onsite opportunities are good but increments are just like any service based organization.
This is my personal experience as I have workd in all of them

MU Sigma seems better here as at 4th year, you will be at highest CTC and till the time, you will develop a lot of skills and then you can easily switch to 80-100% hike too.
