Pune has best weather, infra wise Delhi wins, connectivity wise Delhi and mumbai are at par and opportunities wise BLR rocks.
If someone finds a gated community then Pune and BLR might be the best.

Yes I agree. Having gated community in city like Pune or BLR can be best choice. Infrastructure is bad everywhere. Atleast you get good weather , good opportunities and weekend gateways in these cities.
