Which company should I choose? JP Morgan or Nokia

JP Morgan role is solution analyst - test automation - profile will be manual and automation using Java selenium cucumber BDD. Also team is migrating from manual to automation so need to train manual QA.

Nokia - Java, selenium, cucumber BDD, cloud, docker, kubernetes (micro services architecture) Pay is more or less same. JP Morgan is 1 lakh fix pay more.

I have 5.5 year of experience. I'm looking for career growth, stability and work life balance.
