Which company is good to join for7YOE ?

Hsbc is giving 1.6lpa as variable which is not a part of CTC and not mentioned in the offer letter as well. CCTC - 14.5LPA

Hsbc - 17.7 + 1.6 variable

Wipro - 20

HSBC is far better than Wipro, ask them to match Wipro offer and join HSBC. I have worked for HSBC as it was my client, work culture is really good and hikes are also good when compared to Wipro.

there is not much difference in fixed pay of hsbc and wipro. not sure if they would match that offer.
