Which company has the shadiest CTC breakdown
I have seen companies adding food, transportation and all sort of random benefits in CTC to artificially inflate it. Some add higher education reimbursements under certain conditions which are almost never met.
Atlassian came to our campus with CTC of 82 but actual tc was close to around 30 including stocks and joining bonuses and all.
Where did the other 52 go?
I don't know exactly. But some said the total stocks were vested over for like 7 years lol. Still not sure about exact breakdown. Try finding on leetcode.

Mine includes heads like office stationery, magazines, library memberships, books, personal training fees and sports equipment. All useless AF. And we're on permanent work from home
