From the limited exposure to I have for companies and because I’m reading the book ‘the learning trap’ I must say Byjus qualifies to be renamed as ‘Evil Corporation’.

  1. Bad employee policies encouraging yes men to leadership positions
  2. Their entire refund and loan policy was created to ensure top line revenue stays high irrespective of whether a user is satisfied with the product or not.
  3. Their sales tactics led to putting unnecessary pressure on families through their loans.
