Which companies don’t have on call for devs?

Some banks or companies don’t require. They have separate support team to tackle first

First line of defence is always production support and onyl then are on call engineers called

Ya I have a friend who used to work in a mid size brokerage firm and they had separate support team. So devs are only called if support team is not able to fix the issue.
