Which city would you like to settle down?
Assuming job, home buying, marriage, ease of living, traffic, expenses etc are taken care of in that city.
If expenses are taken care of (unlimited money), no place comes close to Mumbai
Mumbai is humidity hellhole
- the slums and filth around.. recently shifted here because of work, the small homes, washrooms , narrow roads and traffic narls, don't see the charm at all despite say unlimited money..

I'm 21 currently, raised in Delhi all my life.
Trust me when I tell you Delhi is not the place to be where you want to settle down. The weather is horrible (winters are legendary though), in summers it goes up to 45-50 range and don't even get me started on the condition of the roads (I know a lot of other places have it much worse).
The worst part of Delhi has to be the people nowadays, super short fuses, everyone's ready to fight and the upcoming generations are no relief either. Women safety issues are very real as well.
Settling down in Delhi when I'm older has to be one of my greatest fears, would do everything and anything in my power to move away to maybe Mumbai or abroad.
