
Whey protein - brand and quantity
I am new to the world of getting leaner + muscle building regimen. Which brand and what concentration of Whey protein would you all recommend? And more importantly what are the Don'ts on dietary aspects when one is consuming Whey protein regularly? Thank you.

One science products are pretty good. You'll find them on most online platforms.
Best not consume too much of it, should only be a supplement to other protein sources.
Goal is to have 100g of protein or more per day, balanced diet for everything else. We usually have enough carbs and other essentials but not enough protein esp for vegetarians.
You can have protein powder shakes 30-40 min before and after exercise. Exercising immediately after a shake might give you acid reflux.

Do you need 100g? I thought it was 1g per kg of your ideal weight?
