Ozempic is touted as the miracle drug for weight loss without any side effects by suppressing hunger. If it comes in India, would you take it?

Based on the current state, I’m going to stick to the conventional calorie deficit and lifting. Celebs who’ve used ozempic look like zombies.

True. But that happens because their weight loss happens very quickly and our skin isn't that elastic. Pretty sure someone will come up with a safer dose for those who are not in a hurry

In some cases women are getting pregnant ever after hitting menopause as a side effect of the drug.

The medical fraternity is worried about the effects(this would show up in long term only). Better to stick to the tried and tested calorie deficit food consumption and regular exercise.

Totally agreed but people want quick results without doing anything and this drug does exactly that

it works like a charm for people who live in a very unstructured manner. I have seen doctors use it to get back in shape. It has its cons so do take some sound medical advice before taking it up.

I don't need it but wondering what its repercussions will be on different aspects of the society and economy

Yes, this could be a pretty big game changer and has the potential to disrupt weight loss startups like healthifyme
