What's up with Amazon and Swiggy?

Why there are so many inter switches between these two firms. I see so many heads/VPs and other folks switching from Amazon to Swiggy and Vice versa. I know for sure Amazon culture is bad, do you think it'll cause issues at Swiggy if not already?
