What’s the most amount of weight someone can lose in 1 month without messing their body up?
Generally 0.5 kg per week is considered the healthy rate to lose weight, which is 2kg per month, by creating calorie deficit in your diet of 500 calories per day (compared to normal 2000 calories daily intake).
You can stretch it to extreme case of 4kg per month, but it'll not be very healthy. (By creating calorie deficit of 1000 calories per day, as compared to normal 2000 calories daily intake, i.e. by eating half of recommended daily calorie intake).
Beyond that, if you consume even lesser calories per day, your body will go into starvation mode, and instead of burning fat, it will start burning up muscle tissue, which will be extremely unhealthy.

That’s true. I recently realized how unhealthy one can look when body starts burning muscle. So 500 calorie deficit per day can get 2 KGs loss in a month. I see I see

I have seen some people loose weight 1.3 kg per day loose too so it’s total depends on each and everyone physical strength

Depends on body strength. The more strength is body the more you can loose weights easily or gain it too “.
2 of my projects went into QA at the same time last month. So work's been real hectic and I haven't been going to the gym. I went yesterday and I was shocked to see I lost 5 KGs in two months. Was sad when I couldn't lift my max weight
