What would it take to build an alternative to the Bloomberg Terminal or something similar to Alpha sense but specific to Indian Markets ?

Been really curious about this since I've seen and used OpenBB, it's an open source research tool. They've recently raised a pre-seed round at about half a million or something. I'm really curious if something of this sort can be done for Indian retail traders as public company data in India does not have a single source.

Thoughts and inputs ?
