7moWhat to do when HR is not replying?
Hello,
Cleared multi level interviews in a big-4 company, submitted all my documentation and had salary negotiation discussion with HR and it has been 15 days since there is no further process and tried to call HR, sent email for followup. NO RESPONSE!
I know for sure that the position is open.
What should be my next course of action? Should I forget about it?

Ohh … get out of Tech M at all costs… try for other backup offers while you wait for this

You are correct- same thing happened with me with wipro and HCL as well in the past year. if they dont have budget, why waste everyone’s time? Recruiting HR has started from being worse to the worst!
