Yeah this is some elitist mindset to appease your narcissistic sense of self worth, i used to be like this, still am a little...if you're really smart you'll realise that you can't go far without other people, you have to be in good terms and empathetic with people for your own benefit....you need to understand that most of how you're is because of external events not because you did something special...if someone else has your circumstances they'd be like you as well.

Vices - cigarette and alcohol occasionally, but depending on that will make an airhead so instead I choose exercise and good nutrition

You don't have to be lonely even if you're smart. Learn to integrate with society regardless of IQ levels. There are many more important factors at play in life overall. IQ and smartness is just one aspect.

High IQ people without empathy and isolated from society is basically the profile of a sociopathic criminal.

If you're really that smart, you don't need to separate yourself from the herd. You can in fact uplift them as well, but only if you're actually that smart in the first place and not have blind faith in your competence because you cleared IIT or some shit.
