What is your eating habit in packaged food?
I was earlier consuming bhujiya, chips, Kurkure, biscuits etc. However, I want to shift towards healthier packaged food now - but I don’t get many options and end up not snacking at all - this makes me craving for snacks all the time. What do you guys do?

Avoid munching as much as possible. These are stupid calories which we get attached to due to salt, sugar & MSG in a Goldilocks ratio.
Munching begets more munching.
Drinking water helps cravings. Or any other distraction.

You guys are right. $10Bn Indian Healthy Packaged Food is anything but healthy. Unfortunately most brands mis-sell, overstate health benefits, and hide harmful ingredients. And that's why we are building The Better Shop to solve this.
