What is your eating habit in packaged food?

I was earlier consuming bhujiya, chips, Kurkure, biscuits etc. However, I want to shift towards healthier packaged food now - but I don’t get many options and end up not snacking at all - this makes me craving for snacks all the time. What do you guys do?

I am ok to consume bhujjiya, biscuits and other ultra processed food
I have few favorite healthy snacks I munch on
I keep looking for new healthy snacks
I am not big on munching
I eat fruits and organic stuff

Avoid munching as much as possible. These are stupid calories which we get attached to due to salt, sugar & MSG in a Goldilocks ratio.

Munching begets more munching.

Drinking water helps cravings. Or any other distraction.

Yeah, that’s the best way forward…a little bit hard though.
