Infosys WFO policy
Wanted to know if Infosys mandate WFO ? If yes then how many days of WFO in a week and do they provide flexible working timings like come anytime in office and go anytime ?

What is WFO policy in IBM..Can we do 12 days at once and how many hours we have to stay in office for it to be considered.
Like in Infosys we can do 3.5 hrs a day and 10 days consecutively for it to be accepted as WFO

There is no minimum hours required policy in IBM just swipe in there is no swipe out time calculated. We cannot got to office 12 days at once because the WFO is calculated based on weekly swipe in.
