Currently looking for a groom in AM. Unable to find a combination of good qualifications(at least upto mine)+good behaviour+decent looks(I mean average)+age gap(upto max 3 years) in same caste. Sometimes getting offers from someone 5 years older too with other parameters matching except age gap. On what parameters should I compromise on? Looking for your views on this.
I would always prefer a girl who is same or 1-2 yr younger. A huge gap is not something good I feel

Agree! Maturity depends on life experiences, background too, not just age, so it might differ from person to person.
Generally seen couples in relatives with age gap around 1,2 or 3 years, so a bit hesitant to go along with someone greater than this..
Do not marry guy same age. Also donāt marry a guy whoās 30 or so.
Same age will have ego clashes. 2-3/4 years older is ideal. 30 and above- the guy is in serious drive mode- he would want that house, baby, car and everything matured. Which is great, but if you are not willing to collaborate or are not prepared yet then donāt go for it.
Younger is also okay, a younger guy marrying and older girl always accepts that probably the girl knows better and the girl always sympathises with the guy since he is younger.
