What is the biggest hurdle to healthy grocery shopping for you?

I recently started buying healthy foods and it's a maze out there!

Cost: Healthy options are too expensive

Availability: Can't find healthy options easily

'Health-washed' products: Can't tell if products are actually healthy

Lack of know-how: Don't know how to pick healthy options

Time-contraints: Don't have time to research and find healthy products

I actually don't face any hurdles anymore. Bangalore, esp has great availability and options for healthy food.

I typically order from Instamart/Zepto. Both these platforms have healthy options for me for regular groceries as well as snacking.
