What happens if I quit tcs without service full notice period

I have an abroad offer, for which the employer is not asking experience letter, instead just the salary slips work for the proof of employment. what happens if I am on notice period and It has been 20 days since my date of resignations, my joining date is on Nov 4th, what happens if I hand over my asset and leave, without accepting the experience letter?

This employer is not asking. Fine.

What about when you leave that employer in future? What are the odds that the next employer wont ask for an experience letter?

Try asking for release from your project. If they release you, you'll be on bench. If you're on bench, you won't be asked to serve complete notice period
