What do you like the least about your job

All of the above

Please describe others too 😂

The product itself. It's essentially Jira but with user tracking. Every few mins your screen screenshot, mouse clicks, keyboard presses, currently open applications etc are sent. And they use this on the employees themselves. This is like a car company testing airbags on their own employees.
I'm currently on notice period luckily with a fallback offer in hand. I'll detail more about it in a post once I fully exit

Honestly neither of them. It's fear of losing the job.

I'm sure a lot of people including me are on the same boat.. trying to count the positives and hope not to get fired

My work is decent enough - scope of responsibilities is wide.
I get a complex because of my pay from time to time - I think I'm easily underpaid not just for the workload I handle but also as a comparison to my peers in similar or different profiles.
Indian Railways really needs to pay better.

Leadership man! I love my work and the grind but leadership sucks especially top down leadership

Where the f$ck are these managers. Mine one is bloody hell. I will punch the teeth$ out any day I get him outside of office. An old pal who knows nothing and pretend to know everything. Just read a few lines… pronounce some jargons and sound like a real deal of a Dev manager. Hands down any day anyone can beat him in tech skills whatsoever. But but but… 😡
