
What did you do when you were at your lowest in life?
I am going through a lot personally & trying to get better but not been able to.
What was your lowest phase in life & how did you get out of it? I want to know so that I feel slightly better on this fucked up weekend.
I talk to my friends, college seniors or sibling. I do meditate sometimes.
I dont share sad stuff so much with my parents as they will feel bad and that will eventually make me feel even more sad.

Meditation is something I can look forward to

Tbh it depends on the person to person but best thing one can do despite overthinking or over analyzing they should share themselves with non judging people (friends, family brother or sister anyone) Or one should write their thoughts.


You have limited time don’t waste it on humanly shit. Make it count.

I will come to public platforms when I see comments nd posts I feel my prblms are nothing nd will get refreshed. Take a deep sleep without existing thoughts. Just keep mind calm as these all didn't exist nd you are not in this world. Take deep breathes. You will feel relaxed.
