Idea is to get a sense of what is more relevant and helpful to people who are constantly trying to loose excess body fat and stay healthy.

Investing in a quality coach is like a catalyst -they're like your personal hype squad at the gym. Having those one-on-one chats amps up confidence and keeps you showing up every day. Plus, when your head's in a good place, sleep rocks, digestion's on point, and bam, weight loss magic happens during those snoozefest workout recoveries. It's like leveling up with a secret weapon ( mental health and sleep here as the body positively responds to well-guided workouts during rest.)
Also if there's anyone who ever faced insomnia and mild depression, what helped you? How did you overcome it other than anti depressants and sedatives. Do share while creating a safe space here. Thanks in advance. I know exercise helps and I do that but want to look for more solutions please.

90% people will vote for second option and act on first option 😅.
Truth Bomb

@Indiecrypto how do you know this ? If you have some experience, I'd like to know more.

Seen people in my circle, they start with option 2 and go for option 1.
Cusotmer wants to lose weight. With a the same price, many will choose the easiest path. Very few take the road less taken.
Consumer psychology hai bass. But happy to discuss anecdotes I have seen in my circle.

I have already answered the poll. But felt I should not have picked the first option. I lost 25 Kg in a year, from 123 to 98, now fluctuating between 98-100. My two cents go to gym(no need for trainers) regularly, weight training at least 3 times. Try to walk at least 10k steps and maybe start playing a sport, something like badminton or squash. Eat healthy. 1-1.5g protein per kg of body weight, eat less carbs. Avoid alcohol(I’m a hypocrite here, I still drink at least once a week). The most important thing to remember is Focus on mental mental, weight gain causes tendency to have a body dysmorphia which leads to low self esteem, focus on mental health with keeping your body in shape.
BTW it’s leg day today, wish me luck.
