Stop giving you projects, starts taking frequent updates on current projects, stops involving you in important meetings/calls, usually you’ll see some abnormal behavior, as your manager has to decide who to let go off from his team

Asks you specifically to present your work. Don’t consider your opinions on projects. Has a 1:1 with you letting you know that progress is lacking even though it’s at par with others. PiP plan

The language. It shifts to "do or die".
