Does anyone get permanent work from home in Infosys offer letter or formal communication from HR?
Only during Covid some folks got it in offer letter. But that too with caveat depending on business criticality it can be reverted. You can still get it based on medical conditions vetted by infy hr and doctors
Either 1.get it with offer letter or 2.show medical issues self or family. 2nd option works depending on lot of factors.
What are the factors so my father is a kidney failure patient and has to undergo dialysis twice a week and im the only caretaker and furthermore my mother recently underwent surgery as well so i have to take care of both i have dropped a few emails to hr so far i am able to WFH now i am supposed to fill in tracker. Do you think i can get permenant WFH
Will this be applicable for ppl who joined in 2020?
Depends on projects. Still many accounts get it in infy/wipro
