Me : I am not feeling well and have asked for sick leave. Manager : Okay but is this a genuine sick leave? I was pissed off after I saw this question and What are your views on this guys 😏?

Agreed! I was shocked after watching his reply because from January to till now i kept only one sick leave and this is second one but seems he doesn’t have any trust on employees

Just send a sick leave mail why are you asking for permission
Ask the Manager to come and check personally how sick you are and make sure you Sneeze or Cough on the Manager's Face.
Of course 😉 perhaps the manager is understanding of your need to WFH. Stay open to the possibility of a positive manager.
