I'm going through a difficult phase right now. I'm stuck in a job that offers no growth or learning opportunities. I’ve been applying for new roles, but haven’t received any callbacks yet. I don’t feel confident enough to resign without having another offer in hand. With the rapid rise of AI, I'm feeling uncertain and fearful about the future.
All of this has been making me feel anxious and overwhelmed.

i'd been in the exact same situation as you last year. Was in the same company, yoe, CTC as you then . Just kept applying close to 10 companies everyday on avg. No luck. Then got an offer from one company for a decent hike and they were ready to wait for 3mo notice - bless them. Kept applying in notice period, bagged close to 5 offers with a significant hike. All this happened in a span of 100 days.
So, all it takes is just that one lucky company. Keep applying and upskilling. Regarding AI, I feel most people are in the same boat ... Unless you already have a PhD in ML from standard or something. So upskilling is the only way.
