Ways to have less impact due to poor air quality

Some of you might have already seen it, but after listening to Nikhil's podcast, I’ve been thinking a lot about AQI and how badly it's affecting us. Could the random coughs and colds we get be linked to this? Has anyone tried using an air purifier—does it actually help?

Looking at the long-term impact, it seems like we’re facing serious health complications. Any tips on how to manage this in long term except moving out of the city but I'm sure most cities are polluted 😭😅
