Morning after wakeup drink a glass of ashgourd juice after 1.5 to 2hrs have fruit breakfast (ideally 1 seasonal fruit only). And include a 15 mins exercise routine - yoga/dance/walk, etc.
I have reduced from 79kg to 70 kg in 5-7 months. Please try and let me know it's result.

Please drink ash gourd (or any gourd for that matter) juice with caution. It does not suit everyone and can even prove FATAL.
