Views on Diversity hiring
Seeing a lot of tweets in twitter where influencers are fighting over Diversity hiring. Your views?
All positive/supportive except for the same person grabbing multiple opportunities and flaunting them, while those who need it gets wasted. But yes, it's absolutely required and a lot go lives have changed positively.
But what about people getting in into a company because of this and someone deserving cannot because he is a guy
And if saw hiring level is common, why cant that person get through normal hiring

@Deadshot99 that argument can be made for anything, equity is important to ensure overall development of all communities irrespective of gender/caste/religion. Women have always been oppressed, you can look at the ratio in any school it's less than 1:5 even tho gender ratio in the country is almost 1:1
Diversity hiring promotes the very thing it's trying to fight against. It's 🤡-ary
Wait till actual govt mandated reservation comes in Pvt sector. It is not as far fetched as it seems. First congress will promise then BJP will deliver 2x 🤡
