Variable pay in Tech Mahindra

I just got an offer from TechM. It has 10%variable pay. HR said you will get a minimum of 80% of it.

Can someone confirm if this is True?

If you are in billable project you will get 100% of your variable pay

Yes, it's true. Typically, you can expect to receive at least 80% of the variable pay. So, if your variable pay is 10%, you should get around 8%.
